Changes to the service due to Covid-19
Due to Covid-19 we can no longer provide our face to face free legal Advice Bureau service in Queensland or NSW, except our NSW service at Lakemba Senior Citizen’s Centre, cnr The Boulevarde and Croydon Street, Lakemba, which recommences on Tuesday 21 July. This service operates from 9am – 5pm every Tuesday but requires appointments to be made by calling our NSW number (8202 1500).
The Advice Bureau service is being replaced by a telephone advice service from 25 March 2020 and until further notice. Appointments are required because, as you will appreciate, demand is high and we need to manage our resourcing to provide the best service possible.
The service is available, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from 10am – 4pm. Please call the relevant number to make an appointment or email firstname.lastname@example.org
